As founder and managing director, Cabot Woolley brings a unique and highly refined perspective to the role of owner’s representative, shaped by a global career at the forefront of luxury lifestyle, hospitality and design. His work has spanned clients including the Royal Family of Brunei, Asprey (the British royal jeweler), and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, along with a portfolio of other globally recognized brands. Throughout his career, Cabot has worked in environments where attention to detail isn’t optional—it’s everything. That standard has guided his seamless transition into luxury furniture, commercial interiors, and high-end multi-family development, where he has partnered closely with architects, designers, and developers to bring complex, design-driven projects to life.
Cabot now applies this deep experience to custom residential homes, serving as an owner’s rep who understands that the “brand” of a home is ultimately the client. He acts as a clear, thoughtful liaison between the client and their project team—ensuring that decisions are strategic, timelines are respected, and the original vision remains intact from start to finish. His background working with some of the world’s most demanding and discerning clientele makes him especially attuned to the nuances that define success in bespoke homebuilding.
